At Rowan, we understand that balancing school, work and family commitments can be challenging. Our dedicated minibus service for pupils in Years 2 to 6 provides a convenient, reliable and stress-free journey to and from school, helping families save time and simplify the school run.
New for 2026/27 - Following feedback from parents, we are pleased to introduce a new afternoon drop-off service, an enhanced provision that gives even greater flexibility for busy families at the end of the school day and reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting the needs of our school community.
Our carefully planned routes serve a number of convenient local locations, allowing parents and carers to park safely while seeing their daughters onto and off the minibus. Pick-up and drop-off points have been carefully chosen to serve the areas where many of our families live, making the service as convenient as possible.
All minibuses are driven by trusted Rowan staff, typically members of our caretaking team, ensuring pupils enjoy a safe, familiar and friendly journey to and from school.

Charges for our minibus service are invoiced each term as part of our fee billing, typically a term in arrears. Please note that there is potential to vary the routes depending on demand, please do contact us if you have any requests or queries.
Free Oaken Lane Shuttle
To provide additional flexibility and help ease morning traffic around the school, we operate a complimentary shuttle service from Oaken Lane Sports Ground to Rowan Hill, departing at 8.20am each morning.
