Pupils at Rowan Preparatory School have raised an impressive £11,000 for the Sport Relief 2018 Keep Moving Challenge.
Launched during the Spring term, with the help of England Hockey star Brendan Creed, Rowan started its fund raising campaign for Sport Relief 2018. The girls were set a tough target to run, walk, skip, swim, cycle and move over a cumulative distance of 8,563 miles to raise money.
With this huge target in mind the goal was set and the girls could not wait to rack up their mileage in whatever moved them. Every girl in the school completed a log of miles travelled to raise money which when totalled reached the huge figure of £11,000.
Rowan Preparatory School is one of the biggest school supporters of sport relief and this year is no exception. Thank you to everyone involved for your support and dedication.
